My flag series celebrates Identity, Inclusion and Resilience. As we commemorate America's 250th birthday, I honor Americans who have made significant contributions to the United States, even as some of them suffered greatly in their efforts to integrate into the country. Each flag in the series is carved in wood, a fitting metaphor for the scars many carry.
Each flag artwork is hand made, so please allow for minor variations among them.
